Dear Papa Jesus,
They said successful people have their morning rituals of writing their list of things that they’re thankful for.
So here’s mine:
Today I’m just thankful that I am in my new place “trying” to write this blog post. A month ago when I was still in Qatar around this time, I’d probably just got off work (later as expected) and cursing (with a lot of emotions!) because I was not able to catch the bus back to the accommodation.
Thank you that as I was looking for a new place to stay, I can look anywhere! I am just not limited to Metro Manila or even the Philippines! Knowing that I can stay anywhere I please is just plain freedom. As long as there’s internet connection for my online work. So clients won’t be forced to fire me ;) It would be perfect though if I can stay at my mom’s place, if only wifi is available. Still, life has to go on.
Thank you that my problem now is looking for cafes with high speed internet and electrical outlet to work on my online tasks. Ah, I have never been so happy to find this coffee shop in Taguig, the staff there now knows my name after the first visit! I guess no one really forgets about that annoying customer who asks about wifi and electrical socket first before ordering.
There I was, in the bathroom just taking photos, for 5 minutes.
Papa Jesus, I can never thank you enough for blessing me with clients, making me believe that this kind of work is possible. I will always be asking for you to guide me especially on my disoriented days. I am still in the process of adjusting and I just need you to hold my hand.
